Since I was a little girl, I always loved Nature and her People. I spent my childwood drawing animals, flowers and fairies. Every wild soul drew me. My friends was woods. Years went by and I followed Chemistry Faculty at University of Rome "La Sapienza" and then I took a Diploma at International School of Comics. But I never grew up. I always look for a fairy in a flower.
I've been a miniaturist sculptor since 2001. My creations are one of a kind, sculpted in polymer clay without the use of molds. I exhibited my works in the most important European miniature shows. My "Winter Fairy" was on Kensington Dollhouse Festival's Poster for Christmas Edition 2011 and my "Fly" was on the 25th catalogue's cover. My dolls are in private collection in: France, England, United States, South America, Switzerland, Italy, Australia, Norway, Russia, Sweden...

RispondiEliminaI also make tutorials, but for wood carving, so I know how nice it is to see how well our students learn from our work. www.woodworks-by-donna.com I have no clay work on my web site- but some creatures carved from wood you may enjoy seeing.
Thank you so much Donna for letting me know! If you like, you can tag my Facebook page (it's Celidonia Studio) on your Facebook post, so I can see your Fairy Mouse :) I'll go seeing your website! :)
