Rabbit and Mouse Kiss 1/12 - Polymer Clay Mini Sculpture

This mini sculpture is my best-loved piece of the whole collection that I'll show at the dollhouse fair next week-end :) 

It's about a little Rabbit and his Mouse friend... they are playing and the little Mouse gives a little kiss to his best friend Bunny :)

They and me - together all the Celidonia's Rabbit, Mice, Fairies, Babies and little Girls - both in polymer clay and in the flesh, will waiting for you a Miniaturitalia, in Milan, next week-end! :)

Raspberries Mouse 1/12 - Polymer Clay Mini Sculpture

This little Mouse loves Raspberries and his muzzle became red because the juice! ^^ 

He will come at Miniaturitalia with us, I hope all the little mice will not quarrel about the food, or birds and mouse about the soup tureen! :D

Thank goodness, each of them has his little box! :D

Mallow Mouse in 1/12 Scale - Polymer Clat Mini Sculpture

This little Mouse needs extra sweets! ^^ The little Robin made his Nest in an old broken mini polymer clay soup tureen, he would rather the contents! I can't blame him! Can you do? ^^

Mouse on Cake 1/12 - Polymer Clay Mini Sculpture

 The first Mouse of the year has his blog post! And he has a dilemma: to eat or not to eat the candied cherry? :D

I think he'll eat, because he needs energy for the fair! We'll be at Miniaturitalia next week-end :) 

Sculpting and painting this little mouse was hard work for my eyes ^^ I used a stereoscopic microscope, and painted him wit the paintbrush with one only bristle that I used for the little birds :)
While the mouse think about the cherry, we are making preparations for the leaving. We hope to meet you at the Miniature Fair next saturday and sunday! :D

Polymer Clay Miniature Video - Rabbits, Mice and Other Friends :)

This video is not a tutorial, but just a gallery of the mini sculptures I'll exhibit at Miniaturitalia, the Italian Dollhouse Fair :) 

Rabbits, Robins, Fairies and me are so busy with preparations for the fair! I hope you'll enjoy the video. There are so many new polymer clay tutorials projects in my head, and so short time in my life these days! I hope I'll record some of them as soon as I'll return from the fair :)

Mouse Miniature OOAK - Pancakes Dance

My last Mini-sculpture in 1/12 scale, I finally sculpted a new Little Mouse from polymer clay! ;) And... what happens when a cheerful mouse sights a plate of pancakes? He makes a the pancakes dance, of course! ;) 

I spent three days to sculpt and paint this work, because it needed many baking, the use of microscope and the loss of many diopter of my poor eyes!
I'm sorry that my digital camera doesn't took particulars very well... Do you see that he has maple syrup in his mouth? And the fingers in his hands and in his feet? I hope you can see, and I hope you'll dance cheerfully with him :)

An Italian Blog and an English Blog for Celidonia

From now on, Celidonia's blog has an English Twin, this blog!
I realized that two language together, alternate in the same post, confuse both reading and Google search. So the flag-bearer mice helped me to create:

Italian posts will be longer again, like on Fairydoor (the first Celidonia's blog, for who remember or read it many years ago). Alas, the English version will remain short, I apologize in advance for it. I'm not able to write long periods in this language, and Google translator will be better than me. I hope that - in the images' universal language - my Mice, Rabbits and Fairies will be able to tell you what I'm not able to say in words. Would you come with us toward this new adventure?

This mouse loves sweets too, and he is in two minds wether to eat vanilla cream or candy hearts!

While he takes a decision, I'd better return to sculpt the tiny hands of my Little Elves.

Just a photo of my new mini sculpted Mouse, before I return to work for Miniaturitalia. This Little Mouse likes Candy Apple so much! Under the 1/12 dish is one cent of dollar as dimension references.

Another Mouse in a Candlestick!

Taking a nap... in another Mairitales' Candlestick! 

My minisculptured mouse in 1/12 scale are becoming more detailed, each single hair is sculpted with a micr needle, under a magnifyng glass with lamp.

So taking photos are becoming always more hard... the macro lens of my photocamera isn't not enough to take particoulars, like fingers or the little mouth. But at Miniaturitalia, you'll can see them in the flesh under a magnifier! :)

Mouse in a Candlestick

This Little Mouse is hidden in a Mairitales' Candlestick because there is a Cat around here.

He will come with me at Miniaturitalia, but he will remain hidden in his shelter, one never knows!

The beautiful candlestick was made by Mairitales. My Little Mice love it, insomuch as they become their couch from many years.

We was a little sad because it's a long time since she didn't make them, so what a beatiful surprise reading a post in her blog with a new elegant model, just in the night when this Little Mouse was Born!

He's the last of my mice, for the moment. I'm sculpting Robins and Micro Fairies now... photos'll come soon! ^__^ 

Strawberry Mouse

Strawberry mousse? No, Strawberry Mouse! ^__^

Like every my sculptures, this little Mouse is sculpted in polymer clay without the use of moulds and -  like mostly my sculptures - he is in 1/12 scale. I used flesh colour instead of grey colour for him, and I coloured him in brown tones, so he's a wild, conutry mouse, not a city mouse! ^__^
